Aaron Lee has over 25 years of creative and technology experience producing a wide range of successful marketing programs and projects for some the world’s top brands. In 2001 he founded his own creative and marketing agency Illuminati Studios, and has steadily overseen it’s growth into one of the countries fastest growing digital marketing agencies. To further strengthen their team and growth, Illuminati Studios acquired the marketing consulting firm Solution IQ in early 2014 and has continued to extend their service offering as a full-service marketing agency.

In 2010, Aaron was invited to join the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Accelerator program in the South Florida chapter. He spent 1 year learning how to work on the business instead of just working in the business, Aaron was able to grow his agency to $1M+ in annual revenue and was accepted to be a full standing member of EO South Florida. 6 months after joining Aaron was asked to join the Board of Directors as the Communications Chair. He served as Communications Chair for 3 years and in that time he was awarded the EO Global Communications Chair of the year award in 2013. In addition he oversaw communications and marketing for the 2013 EO Global University in Miami. In 2014 Lee transitioned to the Learning Chair for the Chapter and has recently been elected to serve as the chapter’s next President in 2016. EO has been an integral part of Aaron’s transition from “owning a job” to becoming a true entrepreneur.

Prior to launching Illuminati Studios he served as Chief Marketing Officer for an international application service provider and over 10 years experience as a Creative Director for advertising and design agencies, multimedia and post-production studios. Aaron received his degree in communication design and is a board member and current President-Elect of the South Florida Chapter of the Entrepreneur’s Organization and a Scholar with The Council of Advisors for Media.
